Learning to navigate through life and believing in myself instead of suffering by my own limited beliefs has been transformational.

Self-care means taking care of yourself so that you can be and fell healthy when facing everyday life. It’s all the steps an individual can take to manage stressors in his or her life to take care of their own health and well-being.
There are several ways to focus on self-care. Together, we will explore what it means, what it can do for you and your long-term health. The best part of a self-care routine is that it's FUN!
Holistic health and wellness is sustained by eight pillars: physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, financial, and environmental.
Each pillar will give you a sense of how to navigate toward your optimal wellness, but it’s by no means prescriptive. The path to wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Every journey is unique and different for each individual -- it's your own journey.
Living a healthy lifestyle is not only about improving your health but also learning how to navigate through life and overcome everyday opticals.
It is working with the whole person and getting to the root of one’s desired points on the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional levels. A lifestyle typically reflects an individual's attitude, way of life, values, and or world view.

I truly believe that everyone deserves to tap into their true authentic selves. For the longest time, I was excisitng instead of living. I found this through my own self-care and wellness journey that led me from merely surviving to now thriving.
For me, it started with finding my own version of happiness through spiritual growth, a change of mindset, a lot of self-care by fueling my mind/body, and surrounding myself with a positive support system and community.
Each milestone to re-discovering yourself is remarkable. These are the pillars of my Self Care Routine that I now use to coach others navigate through their own journey. My job isn't to "fix" you. I am simply here to help you access and own the power that already exists within you. Once that's accomplished, the rest is history!
